I will be teaching a new class at NC State starting for the Spring
Season. It will be in the new Carmichael Rec Center. It is open to
students and faculty.

Beginning Bellydance-Have fun dancing in a supportive and social
atmosphere. Learn basic belly dancing techniques, including head,
shoulder, rib and hip isolations, beautiful arm movements, shimmies and
combinations all inspired by the Middle Eastern Dance. Belly dance is a
great form of exercise. It provides a good cardio-vascular workout and
helps increase both flexibility and strength, by focusing on isolating
the muscles.

Session 2 (Mar. 17 - Apr. 24)
Mondays -7:30-8:30 pm -Studio A
March 17-is the introductory workshop 7:30-8:45 pm
*Classes start March 24
